Location: Jamestown, ND Shift: Evenings and every other weekend Job Schedule: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40   JOB SUMMARY:  The Direct Support Professional Team Lead position is responsible to perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, educational, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the children/young adults at ACC, contributing to the overall ISP/IEP, positive behavior support plan, and nursing care plan.  This position will also assume the responsibility to train new staff to care for the clients following ACC guidelines, client specific plans and teaching strategies.   QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) H.S. Diploma or equivalent Two years’ experience in health care field, preferably working with individuals with disabilities Valid Drivers License Preferred Skills and Abilities: Associate or bachelor’s degree Three to five years’ experience in healthcare field, preferably working with individuals with disabilities Completion of DD modules Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Benefits Anne Carlsen offers competitive pay and benefits, paid time off (PTO), and great advancement opportunities!
