ESL BUILDING SUPPORT TEACHERS for TARGETED SERVICES ELEMENTARY SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM

DATES & SUMMER HOURS: June 12 - June 28
Wednesday, June 12 - set up day; 7.5 hours
Monday, June 17 - Friday, June 21; 3.75 hours per day; NO SCHOOL June 19
Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28; 3.75 hours per day
3.75 hours per day, plus set up day, plus 1 hour at the end of the program for paperwork. Total hours are 42.25.
HOURS: 8:45 am - 12:30 pm.
TARGETED SERVICES SITES: Andover Elementary, Madison Elementary, Mississippi Elementary, Oxbow Creek Elementary
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide English Language instruction to students who qualify for these services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current MN ESL Teaching License. Must be physically working in the building.
This position may be filled immediately after 7 posting days (after: 1/15/23) by an appropriately licensed candidate (PELSB Tier 3 or Tier 4 license).
(Anoka-Hennepin will make every effort to hire teachers with full standard licenses in the assigned subject and grade level.)
RATE OF PAY: All Summer School Teachers will receive the hourly rate of $36.80 in accordance with the working agreement as stated in Article X, Section 6. Teachers will be paid for teaching time plus prep time. There is no sick leave for summer school teachers.
