Summer Workers - Secretary - Elementary Targeted Services

SECRETARY - TARGETED SERVICES PROGRAM
1 temporary summer worker secretarial position available for summer school.

DATES & SUMMER HOURS:
Wednesday, June 11 set up day - 7.5 hours
Monday, June 16 - Friday, June 20; No School June 19
Monday, June 23 - Friday, June 27


4.25 hours per day, plus up to 10 additional hours as needed by the Summer Building Leader which includes summer school set-up day and after-school training of up to 2 hours. Total hours 48.25.

HOURS: 8:45 am - 12:45 pm.

TARGETED SERVICES SITE: Oxbow Creek Elementary

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering phones; clerical support; attendance; contacting parents, photocopying; staff support, and other duties as assigned by Summer Building Leader.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and public relation skills; knowledge of the Synergy system preferred. Must be physically working in the building.

RATE OF PAY: New Hires $18.55/hour.; Current Secretaries accepting summer school secretarial employment shall be paid at their regular rate through their summer assignment. "Regular Hourly Rate" shall not include stipends for certificates. Summer employment does not affect eligibility for insurance, vacation, sick leave, or any other benefit. Assignments will be made based on students’ needs.

ACTIVE CASUAL HOURS AS NEEDED BASED ON ENROLLMENT.
