SECRETARY - SUMMER PROGRAM
DATES & SUMMER HOURS: July 24 - September 30, 2024
Monday thru Friday, 8 hours a day
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receptionist - point of contact for the site. Provide general clerical support for summer site including: Answering phones; and clerical support for Intake Specialist for ESL services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and public relation skills; knowledge of Synergy system preferred. Must be physically working in the building.
RATE OF PAY: New Hires $17.10/hour.; Current Secretaries accepting summer school secretarial employment shall be paid at their regular rate through their summer assignment. "Regular Hourly Rate" shall not include stipends for certificates. Summer employment does not affect eligibility for insurance, vacation, sick leave, or any other benefit. Assignments will be made based on students needs. There is no vacation for summer staff.
ACTIVE CASUAL HOURS AS NEEDED BASED ON ENROLLMENT.
POSITIONS MAY BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY. Applications will be accepted until all positions have been filled.
