What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Another Nine?
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our early-stage team and grow with us. This isn't your typical 9-5 - you'll be owning, strategizing, and executing. You'll get to experience and impact a lot - social, email, digital, content, creative, traditional - and do so through the lens of our guests and members, franchise locations, and our company-owned facilities.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and maintain the e-commerce experience, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
- Refine and enhance the Franchise Marketing Playbook
- Implementation and training with Franchisees
- Keep our content machine running with fresh, relevant, engaging material
- Define, measure, and optimize marketing performance
- Automate key customer journeys with our integrated CRM
- Contribute to brand building initiatives
- Collaborate with agency partners for company-owned and franchise execution
The Ideal Candidates Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Demonstrated experience executing marketing initiatives across channels
- Familiarity with key marketing and analytics platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Expertise using modern e-commerce tools (Canva, Notion, Slack, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.)
- Competency with generative AI (not just holding a conversation with ChatGPT)
- Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong, proactive written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working with franchises or multi-location businesses
- Exposure or direct experience to working in a startup or high-growth environment
- A passion (not necessarily skill) for the game of golf
