Summary: Anova Care, a provider of home care and home health services, is looking for
Registered Nurses (RNs), to join our rapidly growing home health program. In this role, RNs will render services to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wound care.
- Medication administration.
- Monitoring vital signs.
- Administering injections and IV therapy.
- Care coordination.
- Advocate patient concerns and documentation.
Position Qualifications:
- Current RN license with the State of Colorado.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable Transportation & Auto Insurance
- Preferred: 1 year experience in Home Health
- Familiarity with Electronic Charting
- Strong Assessment and Clinical Skills
Anova Care Benefits:
- Salary: $55.00 - $75.00 per point
- Mileage reimbursement
Hours: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed. Shifts available include mostly daytime with evening or weekend shifts possible.
