Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and communication? Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a full-time Communications Administrative Assistant to oversee our multimedia material. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining clear and effective communication within our organization while providing administrative support to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Communication Coordination:

Work closely with different departments to gather information for communication purposes. Design graphics and material for communications. Distribute internal announcements and updates. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information. Collect, curate, and post material on social media.

Bulletin and Program Book:

Compile, create, and edit content for internal and external publications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information for publication. Maintain a consistent and engaging tone across all communication materials.

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Provide support to senior management as needed. Create forms to register for various events.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong editing and proofreading abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in InDesign or like design program. Working knowledge of WordPress. Working knowledge of ShulCloud and Davka is helpful (but not needed). Highly organized with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in bulletin editing, communications, or administrative support is a plus.
