Duties
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various platforms such as UltiPro and Lever to track applicants and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent and build relationships with educational institutions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Engage in executive recruiting efforts for high-level positions within the organization.
- Research industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Assist in succession planning by identifying potential candidates for key positions within the company.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates while maintaining alignment with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in staffing or recruitment roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment software such as UltiPro or Lever is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate offers confidently.
- Experience in campus recruitment or executive recruiting is a plus.
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
