The QA Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the QA automation efforts within the organization. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing test automation frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met for software products.
This is a Hybrid role based out of our Fountain Valley, California hub.
The general target pay range for this position is $101,430 - $126,845 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with business goals.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation frameworks.
Lead the execution of automated test suites and analyze test results.
Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate test automation tools and technologies.
