GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The general production worker performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of higher-level employees and assist in the manufacturing process.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Operate assigned equipment and/or assembly hand laid fiberglass materials
- Follow all work instructions in the fabrication, assembly area.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety rules and requirements, production guidelines and specifications.
- Able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Skills/Abilities:
· 18 years old or older
- Able to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Desire to work in a safe and positive manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work as a part of team and in a variety of roles.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Must be able to lift-up to 25 lbs.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Previous manufacturing experience (Beneficial)
- Job training for this position is provided by department trainer.
