Customer Relationship Team Member: Call Center Specialist
Job Description: This role is responsible for creating an amazing educational and customer experience for current and potential Anthem Business Group customers. Anthem Business Group Customer Relationship Team Members can share wireless and fiber internet solutions, VoIP phone service, home automation and security services, managed internet services, streaming solutions, and structured cabling services. It is important for team members to consistently be learning and training on product offerings and developing strong customer relationship skills. It is expected that team members utilize both leads that are generated through marketing efforts, and foster requesting referrals on every call, as well as in live engagement at Anthem events.
Job Functions:
· Educate Customers on Anthem Product Options
· Manage Customer Experience during the Sales Process
· Documentation and Scheduling of Sale
· Commission Tracking
· Exceptional customer service
Complexity:
· Actively listening to customer needs.
· Quickly adapt product presentation for the customer’s need and personality.
· Understanding of all products
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bi-Lingual
Required Skills:
· 2-3 years of successful sales experience
· Advanced computer proficiency
· Excellent communication skills

· $19.00 an hour for the first 30 days
· $15.00 an hour commissions after 30 days
