What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Product Specialist position at Anthem Sports?
Anthem Sports is a fast-growing online seller of sporting goods and equipment. Our expert team provides coaches and athletes with the right equipment and support to build champions. We have identified new product development as one of our key strategic goals to grow our company further. We are building up our marketing department to hit those goals and there is rapid growth potential for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
· Select new products
· Conduct thorough research about the products
· Upload new products to our website utilizing the Adobe Commerce website platform
· Maintain and update website accuracy based on inventory and vendor information
· Write copy to enhance the product presentation for maximum conversion rate
· Take products from various vendor formats and transform them into our style with great attention to detail
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, or a related field or work experience required
· Microsoft Office Suite with moderate Excel/database management experience required
· Excellent writing skills required (copywriting experience preferred)
· Photoshop experience a plus
· Sports background/knowledge preferred
· Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks
· Attention to detail and a high level of organization is imperative
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, have an understanding of when to ask questions and collaborate
· Must be proactive and at times, work with minimal supervision
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
