Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant.
- Provide Leadership - must be a role model with strong leadership skills as it relates to training, coaching and corrective action
- Drive Sales - identify local opportunities to increase sales and provide excellent guest service to ensure repeat business, Ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to increase guest traffic, Year over Year sales with a focus on developing relationships within the community.
- Control Costs – assist with P&L, budget, inventory catering and ordering, cut waste
- Provide Excellent Food Standards – we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, the M is responsible for ensuring it meets the highest standards
