What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Antioch Hotel and Suites; Fox's Lounge?
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Compensation includes salary and tips. We are looking for Friday and Saturday day shift and fill in as needed on nights. More hours and days if willing to cross train on the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
