Antoine's Famous Cakes in Gretna, LA is looking for a cashier to join our 22 person strong team. We are located at 1300 Stumpf Blvd, Gretna, LA. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be responsible for leading fellow cashiers.
- Ensure all Transactions are handled, and forms and filled out properly.
- Possibly create schedule and coordinate with your fellow front end workers to make sure the schedule is properly done weekly.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to lead under front end pressure.
