Job duties:
The Project Manager position requires a candidate who excels at team building and has an innovative mentality. The position is hands-on and technically challenging. Additionally, the position rewards those who are able to think through complex problems creatively. The candidate will be expected to create/manage & publish the project schedule on a regular basis, create & control the budget associated with the project, and negotiate Purchase Orders and subcontracts as needed.
Job requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience & a minimum of four years of construction or engineering experience to include three years as a Project Engineer.
