Nature of Employment: Employment with Anvil Builders Inc is at-will and is voluntarily entered into, and the employee is free to resign at will at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, Anvil Builders Inc may terminate the employment relationship at will, with or without advance notice or cause, or may modify terms of employment (e.g. modify your position, implement a demotion, or adjust compensation and benefits, etc.) also without advance notice or cause.
Job duties:
The Project Manager position requires a candidate who excels at team building and has an innovative mentality. The position is hands-on and technically challenging. Additionally, the position rewards those who are able to think through complex problems creatively. The candidate will be expected to create/manage & publish the project schedule on a regular basis, create & control the budget associated with the project, and negotiate Purchase Orders and subcontracts as needed.
Job requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience & a minimum of four years of construction or engineering experience to include three years as a Project Engineer.
