Phlebotomist/Floater

Any Lab Test Now is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist/Floater to join our team. This position will be a floater between our stores in Daphne, AL and Pensacola, FL

In this role, you will collect and process blood samples, Drug & Alcohol samples, Buccal Swab Samples, give injections and assist in daily operations, and maintain high-quality customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse tests and procedures while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines

Support daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to confidently make lab test recommendations and put customers at ease during the phlebotomy process

Perform toxicology testing and DNA collections

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed

Participate in team training and continuous education programs, following protocols provided by Any Lab Test Now

Strong organizational skills with the ability to track inventory, keep records, order supplies

Requirements:

At least 4 years of recent phlebotomy experience required. Laboratory setting is preferred

Familiarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures

Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations

Sales or customer service experience required

Strong Computer skills are required- usage of MS Word, Excel and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferred

Experience doing drug screens is a plus

Spanish speaking is a plus

We are open Monday through Friday 8:00A - 5:00P AND Rotating Saturdays 9:00A - 1:00P. Hours to be worked out and dependent on hours of current employees
