Salary: $55-65,000

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The Gym Manager will be responsible for ensuring the gym runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members, and managing a team of fitness instructors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of gym operations, including membership sales, facility maintenance, and customer service
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase membership numbers and retain existing members
• Creating and maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym
• Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
• Ensuring all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Handling member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances
• Promoting and marketing gym services and events to attract new members
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, fitness management, or a related field
• 3 years of experience working in a managerial role within the fitness industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
• Proven track record of achieving sales and membership goals
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
