Fitness Manager/Head Trainer
Anytime Fitness of the Midwest is the #1 Anytime Fitness franchise group in the Region. We currently operate 10 area locations and have aggressive growth plans! We are looking for a highly motivated Fitness Manager/Head Trainer that has a passion for health and fitness and a desire to inspire others.
This individual will be responsible for overall club financial performance, sales, leadership and creatively growing a fitness franchise. To be successful this individual must have:

- An entrepreneurial spirit as a contributor that will partner closely with our Personal Training Team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the fitness department, ensuring high standards of customer service and facility maintenance.
- Lead and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while conducting employee orientations and performance evaluations.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by maintaining certifications in AED, First Aid, and CPR.
Key Requirements:
- Possess/maintain nationally accredited Personal Training certification (including ASCM, ACE, NASM or NSCA)
- Current First Aid & CPR/AED certified
- Ability to train all fitness levels (beginner to advanced)
- Ability to connect and develop rapport with members daily
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to achieve set performance metrics
- Confident, energetic, great public speaker, reliable, punctual, professional & genuine motivator towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Strong sales background: Able to sell memberships and personal training at point of sale using empathy and personal connection
- Must possess proven leadership skills
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Must be goal-oriented and have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals
- Must be friendly, outgoing and a people-person
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Plus Revenue Bonus & Sales Commission

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
