About the Role

As a Talent & Culture (T&C) Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the operational functions for our T&C team in the USA. This includes overseeing payroll, 401k, onboarding and offboarding, immigration, people analytics, and vendor management. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in maturing processes, enhancing the employee experience, and implementing enterprise-wide platform enhancements.

Role Type: 11 months fixed term contract, Full Time

What will your day look like?

As a Talent & Culture Operations Manager you will;

Manage payroll and 401k, including bi-weekly processing, remuneration, tax obligations, equity and audit

Manage onboarding, offboarding and immigration processes, including visas and green card processing

Lead process improvement agenda to enhance the employee experience, deliver process efficiencies and de-risk operations

Deliver people reporting and insights

Provide governance of all HR vendors, including payroll, 401k and benefit providers

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in managing payroll, 401k, onboarding and offboarding, and immigration

Proven track record in the effective management of cyclical operational activities, excelling in both accurate and timely execution

Strong grasp in core Windows applications, including advance skills in Excel

Experience in leading process improvement and problem solving, demonstrating an ability to conduct root cause analysis, identify, implement, and communicate effective solutions

Exposure to working in matrix organisations and building relationships and partnering with internal teams to deliver on outcomes

Ability to communicate operational functions to senior stakeholders in an effective manner

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is US$155,000 to US$175,000

This range is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge
