## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, real estate administration, and facilities management. ## Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Handle tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and lease renewals - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations - Market available units and conduct showings for prospective tenants - Negotiate leases and rental agreements - Maintain accurate records of property performance and financial transactions ## Requirements - Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite - Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes - Experience in facilities management and maintenance - Ability to negotiate effectively with tenants, vendors, and contractors - Sales skills to market properties and secure new tenants - Excellent phone etiquette for tenant communication - Data entry skills for maintaining property records accurately - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus Join our team as a Property Manager to showcase your expertise in managing properties effectively and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
