Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Apartment Management experience and be well versed in customer service! We want someone who can push the boundaries and promote growth! The Community Manager is responsible for reporting to the management company and owners on a weekly basis and must be confident in the information relayed and able to balance multiple projects.
The Community Manager will be responsible for all aspects of a one-person office with one service team member. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results.
