Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team at our luxury 83 West Townhomes! This apartment community has 504 units and is located in West Bloomfield, MI.

The ideal candidate for the Housekeeper position will have a desire to maintain the cleanliness of the property and keep it looking its best.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain the physical asset.
• Clean vacant apartments. 
• Adhere to community policies and safety procedures.
• Report issues found in the community to the supervisor.
•  Clean all common areas including pool area, fitness center, and laundry facility.
•  Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and cleaning experience
• Detail orientated 
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service
• Must be self motivated and able to work without direct supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must obtain a valid US Driver's License with valid auto insurance
