Overview : Apartner is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Human Directionals for an apartment community! Key Responsibilities : Actively engage with community members and visitors. Direct traffic to the community. Maintain a positive and festive demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere. Hand out promotional materials, such as flyers or treats, to passersby, as requested by community. Ensure safety and compliance with all community rules and regulations while on duty. Qualifications : Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing. Previous experience in event promotion, customer service, or public interactions is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors during various weather conditions. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
