The associate will be responsible for opening vehicle doors, greeting, promoting a welcoming environment and safe traffic flow of the valet operation.
Responsibilities
- Associate must have a pleasant and professional demeanor. Ability to graciously interact with residents, guests, building vendors, and building management.
- Open vehicle doors for anyone visiting the property.
- Park and retrieve vehicles.
- Assist with carrying groceries, luggage, packages, etc.
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Clear communication skills
- Well-groomed professional appearance
- Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions
- All other duties as assigned.
