Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of computers, excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn our business.
Full time position Mon - Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing high volume orders for corporate partners
- Verify and ensure accuracy of purchase orders
- Provide excellent, professional customer service both written and or verbal.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports
- Log and process returns
- Account Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Detail Oriented and Communication Skills
- Proficient in typing.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook and Excel required.
- Compassion for our animals, customers, and employees.
