We are a small, tight-knit team driven by one goal: to deliver the best automotive detailing results in Kitsap County. We believe in quality over quantity, and we're looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual to grow with us.

Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling based on job assignments.
- Typically Mon-Sat starting at 8AM.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to get constructive feedback on your work and learn from it.
- Be responsible for cleanliness and organization of your work bay, tools, and equipment to keep a clean shop environment.
- Be able to be self-independent and work on your own with little management.
- Able to maintain a consistent high-level of detail and work ethic.
- Be able to work in rain, cold, and hot weather.
- Performing Interior and Exterior Detailing to our high standards.
- Use an assortment of chemicals and memorize dilution ratios for certain situations encountered with each vehicle.
- Use an assortment of tools in specific ways for each job.
- Taking before and after photos of customer vehicles.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Silverdale, WA.

A Note on the Work Environment:This is a hands-on role that is physically intensive. You will primarily be working outside and must be prepared for the elements, especially the summer heat.
