Job Description
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring properties that meet our investment criteria. Your primary responsibility will be to talk to MOTIVATED SELLERS who reach out to you to sell their house, build relationships with them, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the acquisition process from start to finish. Preferred Candidate:
* Located in New Jersey
* Valid driver’s license
*Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales or a related field
* Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional results
* Flexibility to work an 8 hour shift anytime between 8am-11pm Eastern Time Zone (Mondays thru Saturday (if needed))

Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Acquisition Manager manages the research, analysis and negotiating activities required to assess opportunities for acquiring different properties.
2. Visits different properties within New Jersey
3. Investigates potential property acquisitions and dispositions.
4. Performs or facilitates inspections and assessments of possible property acquisition.
5. Structures and negotiates purchase or leasing agreements
6. Requires to report 3-4 times per week to our main office in NJ
7. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
