What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meetings and Events Coordinator position at Apex Communications, Inc.?
Assist busy Meetings Management team with all logistics related to large pharmaceutical training meetings, advisory boards, and web trainings. Candidate must be organized and able to multi-task. Professional written and verbal communication skills a must. Knowledge of functionality of Zoom platform helpful.
Must be willing to travel nationwide to assist at events. This is a flexible work from home/in-office position that would require attendance at our New Jersey office at least once per week.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Full benefits including 401K.
