Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Proposal Assistant:
- AssisttheMarketingteamin theproposalprocess,including info gathering, resume creation,documentlayout,proposalsubmission, and interview presentations.
- Monitor websites for new project opportunities.
- Supportspecialeventsand trade shows.
- Developlayout and graphic designskills in Adobe software (emphasis on InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.
- Make updatesinthe relationship management (CRM) system.
- Travel between Apex officesand toclient locations to deliver proposalsas needed.
- Fulfill other administrative tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
- Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of professional experience.
- Foundational writing and editing abilities. Graphic design skillsa plus.
- Ability to learn Adobe InDesign.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
- Availability for occasional event support during nonbusiness hours,such ascommunity events.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in-personat theFort Myers office. A hybridworkarrangement may bepossiblepending training and positive performance.
- Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
- Valid driver's license, safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
