Responsibilities:

• 
  Equipment Maintenance:
  • Maintain bowling lanes, Brunswick GSX pinsetters, Custodian Lane machine, ball returns, bowling balls, scoring equipment, and all other related mechanical components.
  • Perform regular servicing and preventative maintenance procedures on all bowling equipment.
  • Clean, repair, and adjust automated scoring equipment.
• Parts and Inventory:
  • Identify replacement parts and supplies.
  • Prepare and submit orders.
  • Perform major rebuilds and overhauls of equipment as necessary.
• Budget and Planning:
  • Participate in planning servicing/maintenance budgets.
  • Prepare major improvements and repair programs.
• Record Keeping and Training:
  • Maintain accurate records of parts, costs, and machine performance.
  • Train and oversee hourly pin chaser employees.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of bowling and pinsetter equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, lubrication equipment, meters, power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems on sophisticated machinery.
• Perform precision mechanical and electrical adjustments.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently.

• Working Conditions:

• Spend most time indoors with possible exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures for one hour plus.
• Possible exposure to distracting/uncomfortable noise levels.
• Risk of bodily injury from mechanical parts, electricity, etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years' experience in maintaining and repairing bowling and pinsetter equipment.
• Completion of Brunswick training program preferred.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a CORI check.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sitting, standing, walking, driving, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending.
• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift.
