Direct Marketer

APEX Law Firm is a Tampa-based law firm seeking a results-driven Direct Marketer to lead client outreach and marketing efforts. This full-time contract position is ideal for a self-starter with experience in direct response marketing, lead generation, and campaign strategy—particularly in the legal services space or other professional services industries.

You’ll play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, attracting new clients, and supporting business development efforts through targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, develop, and execute direct marketing campaigns

· Identify and target potential client sources through segmented outreach strategies

· Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to align marketing with firm objectives

· Write compelling marketing copy for email, newsletters, brochures, and web content

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

· Stay current with legal marketing trends and compliance standards

Requirements:

· Direct Marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Experience with SEO, PPC, or local search marketing

· Familiarity with Florida legal market or Tampa metro area
