Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the quality standards set by our company. Must have in-depth construction knowledge and best practices to meet with clients to walk properties and write a detailed scope of work. You will work with PM/Estimators to help facilitate bids and site walks.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Oversight:
- Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring work progress is on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, craftsmen, and laborers, ensuring they adhere to plans and specifications.
- Oversee all field personnel, manage subcontractor relationships, and maintain a harmonious working environment.
- Ensuring Materials are ordered and delivered on time.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that work quality meets or exceeds company standards and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring that workmanship and materials comply with specifications.

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure the job site adheres to company and OSHA safety standards.
- Monitor construction for compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities, utilities, and inspectors.

Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project management to set project schedules and milestones.
- Address any issues, delays, or changes in the project scope promptly.
- Attend regular project meetings and provide status updates.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed daily logs of construction activities, including any deviations from original plans.
- Review and approve subcontractor requests for payment.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager regarding progress, issues, and solutions.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Train and mentor construction personnel, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage personnel issues on-site, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a superintendent or similar role, with specific experience in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, materials, and best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Procore project management . Microsoft 360 software
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- A valid driver’s license.
