What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Office Receptionist position at Apex Pain Solutions?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, warm, friendly, and customer service oriented receptionist for our chiropractic office. We have two doctors practicing (Dr. Slagel and Dr. Oram) and one tech (Maddy). We are looking to add someone great to run the front reception desk, which mostly includes scheduling, answering the phone, emailing, taking payments, and managing office flow. All training will be done on the job. No prior experience required with reception work.
The feel of our office is warm and friendly and caring. We pride ourselves in taking great care of people.
Our hiring process includes a ten minute phone interview first, then a 15 minute in person interview, and then a paid working interview for a couple hours.
When we first hire someone, we will start them off at $15/Hr for the first couple weeks while we are putting a lot of time and effort into training, and then the pay will go up to the advertised $24/Hr.
