Responsibilities
- Operate snow clearing equipment to clear snow from residential and commercial properties (ie; snowblower, shovels, ice picks and chippers, ice melt, etc.)
- Monitor weather conditions and follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Ensure the safety of all walkways, stairways, patios, etc.
- Keep equipment in good working order and inform management when equipment needs servicing
- Maintain a log of work completed and areas serviced
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Must have ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and repetitively
- Must be comfortable loading and unloading equipment safely
- Minor mechanical repairs (ie; Replacing shear pins on snowblower)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates supplying their own vehicle are preferred (mileage paid at IRS standard rate for 2024)

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 60 per week
