Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Answer inbound calls in multi-location practice
- Perform outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up
- Create and field intake files
- Collect and record information from potential clients
- Open new cases in case management software
- Assist in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members
- Previous inbound customer service experience
- Law firm experience is preferred, legal department experience required
- The ability to work under pressure, use sound judgement, and seek solution to potential problems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Type a minimum of 55 words per minute
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!
$17.00/hr DOE
