We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations, provide strategic leadership, and ensure financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fund management. Prepare and present financial reports and audits to leadership.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement policies that enhance financial performance, monitor health insurance fiscal trends, and drive automation in accounting processes.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the Finance team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to tax codes, funding regulations, and HIPAA standards. Oversee contracts, grants, and billing accuracy.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor financial systems, ensure timely reporting, and collaborate with the CEO on insurance and risk management.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA certification (required)
• 4 years of experience in financial management (non-profit or healthcare preferred)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate effectively
