Pay: $125,000-$140,000 dependent upon experience
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors in business, engineering, computer science, MIS or other four-year related degree and 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst equivalent-role OR 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Visio and SharePoint
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with strong ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Retail Store Systems work experience including:
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Inventory Management
- Workforce Management
- Communications and tasking solutions for a large retail organization
- Proficient using Data Analytics tools and Query language
Desired Qualifications:
- Retail or consumer products experience supporting technical initiatives and implementations
- Team player with aptitude to build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with sense of urgency and drive to work towards results and meet deadlines in a constantly changing fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, and manage multiple initiatives concurrently to completion
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience working with large, complex, cross-functional technology projects
- IIBA, PMI-PBA or other professional certification
