The Services Design Group is a multidisciplinary design team that is responsible for the CX and UX across a family of devices. Our mission is to conceptualize and bring to life delightful, easy-to-use, and high value experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to manage Design programs delivered by the Expressions Design team. The Expressions Design team elevates our digital experiences by activating all senses including sound, visuals, motion, touch, and haptics; and is driven to improve inclusion and create a meaningful, emotional connection between customers and our products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with a talented team of visual, motion, sound, and illustration designers to operationalize Design programs that deliver a cohesive design language across devices and services.
- Manage program planning, status tracking, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing changes through documentation updates and change management across DDG and partner teams.
