Apex Systems is looking to hire a Desktop Support Specialist for one of their reputable clients they support in Charlotte, NC.
Location: 100% onsite - Charlotte, NC or Westlake Village, CA
Contract length: 12 months with potential to extend and convert
Rate: $35/hr W2

Requirements:
4 years of Desktop Support experience Scripting exp- shell, python, or perl Active directory Hardware knowledge for laptops, desktop, servers, networking Exp with Windows, MS office, and Windows server SQL
Sr Analyst - Trading Support role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, citrix servers, applications and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, remote support of user outside our site support . The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Job also will have on call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians area.
