What Youll Do:
- Lead system management and optimization efforts.
- Answer customer inquiries about software versions, product lifecycles, and new releases.
- Maintain system availability and document procedures.
- Keep software and firmware up-to-date with patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and third-party issues.
- Share your knowledge and innovative solutions with the team.
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL or SLES), networking, and security.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, C).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to document processes and mentor others.
- Bachelor’s degrein OR equivalent experience.e
- 3 years of experience
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- Phone screen
- Security clearance confirmation
- Panel interview with the technical team.
- Final call with the end-client
