Overview
Entry‑level role responsible for monitoring security alerts, performing initial triage, and escalating potential threats. Ideal for someone eager to grow in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor SIEM alerts and identify suspicious activity
- Perform first‑level investigation and document findings
- Escalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts
- Follow SOC playbooks and maintain accurate ticketing
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with SIEM/EDR tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment
- CompTIA Security or similar
- Hands‑on lab, internship, or help desk experience
