The Mobile Device Coordinator accurately and timely provisions and ships devices to. Includes charging, stickering, and casing devices along with processing retrievals and shipping chargers.
Qualifications:
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software.
- Previous fulfillment or shipping experience.
- Customer service focused and professional.
- Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.
- General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge.
- Provisions devices as needed per member.
- Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc.
- Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.
- Assist with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
- Receiving, testing, and cleansing of inbound (returned) mobile devices.
- Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.
- Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
