Apex Systems is looking for a Product Manager to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO
Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week onsite in Greenwood Village, CO
Seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a a data-first organization that is committed to supporting executive requests and prioritizing work in a data-driven fashion. In this role, you will have a pulse on how the Video application features function, are used by customers, and the health of the feature, to inform strategic recommendations and adhoc requests from leadership.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of how Video delivery works
- Become of Subject Matter Expert on the video technologies you support
- Lead monthly readiness meetings across the company and ensure all teams are prepared for a 2024 launch
- Organize multi-organizations’ progress into leadership level updates on a regular cadence
- Develop a strategic approach and track future phase implementation
- Help manage Jira tickets and updates
- Monitor post-launch metrics and success
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of Product Management/New Product Development experience
- Experience launching new software features or upgrades
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple lines of business in an enterprise, cross functional organization
- Experience translating business problems/questions into technical data requirements
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Excellent cross-functional relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of Jira ticketing system
- Telecom, Wireless, Cable, or Video experience would be a PLUS!
