What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Pharmacy Manager position at Apex Systems?
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities performed within the Pharmacy Department
- Lead and provide direct supervision to a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Clerks
- Accountable for achieving 100% Compliance with State Local and Federal Pharmacy Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA privacy
- Ensure the accurate interpretation, preparation, and timely dispensing of each prescription or medical device to the ultimate consumer (patient)
