Job Description
Role Title : Office Manager
Required Skills: Proven experience as an overall Office manager to take care of daily day to day activities.
Activities include as below :
- Take care of vending machines & receive all shipping packages
- order kitchen supplies and maintenance of kitchen appliances, order office supplies for office
- Maintain spreadsheet for client workstations
- POC for Workstations that are off at the office, POC for Furniture removal or receiving and setting up
- On-boarding/Off-Boarding
Responsibilities include:
- Submit SAR form for State access
- Assign badge
- Assign cubicle with team members
- Send back laptops when people off-board
- IT Room Maintenance, management
- Office vehicles, Apartments Management
- Supporting Project leadership in office initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous state/ or any Office manager experience
