What you need to know before applying (Realistic Expectations):
- This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT.
- You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
- You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
- The role is HOURLY COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experience sales reps will range from 60K , 100k , or even 200k .

Description of Role (Inside Sales):
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls.
- Present the benefits of our debt management services.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.
- Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Compensation:
- Hourly Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
- Opportunity for daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
- Commission is uncapped
