We’re hiring Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced telecommunications customer support team in Spokane. In this role, you’ll assist customers with wireless, internet, and home service needs, helping them stay connected and confident in their service. What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Engage directly with customers to provide personalized service and support
- Recommend the best wireless and internet plans based on customer needs
- Assist with account activations, upgrades, billing questions, and service changes
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Track and update customer interactions using internal software
- Help meet team goals by supporting daily customer service and sales objectives
- Educate customers on service features, devices, and current promotions
- Work closely with leadership to identify service improvements and report feedback
