The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ConceptOne product suite and its database schema, as well as the ability to bridge technical and business teams.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a ConceptOne Technical Consultant with strong business analysis skills to support the consolidation and enhancement of our Agency Management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ConceptOne product suite and its database schema, as well as the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system consolidation efforts: data mapping, UAT, risk management, and communication.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Maintain and enhance ConceptOne SDK/API, legacy applications, and SQL Server databases.
- Lead or assist in database migration from Sybase to SQL Server.
- Package builds, manage source control, and support product releases.
- Contribute to client-facing documentation and training resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ConceptOne (apps, SDK/API, SQL Server).
- Strong SQL and database migration skills.
- Proven business analysis and project coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
