We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Apostolic Christian LifePoints in the US. This role is vital in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, contributing directly to the comfort and safety of our residents. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Maintain mechanical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct facilities maintenance, including plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Residential painting projects as needed.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers for system management.
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical work and mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Familiarity with schematics and facilities maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
